Hemp-Oil-Pork-Souvlaki-Recipe, I’ve been cooking with hemp oil now for a few years and have decided to share my recipes with the world. So lets get started shall we with today’s menu.

Hemp-Oil-Pork-Souvlaki-Recipe,
Ingredients,

4 Pork loin chops
3 tablespoons Hemp Oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 teaspoons finely shredded lemon zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon fresh oregano
¼ teaspoon fresh thyme
Salt & black pepper to taste

Method,

1. Place pork loin chops in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow bowl.

2. For marinade, combine oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, the 3 cloves garlic, the 1 teaspoon salt, the oregano, and the 1/4 teaspoon pepper in a small bowl. Pour marinade pork chops. Seal bag, turn to coat pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours, turning bag occasionally.

3. Drain marinate off pork loin chops

4. Pan sear pork in med size skillet medium to high heat. Add to a baking pan and bake for 30 to 45 mins at 350 degrees or till they reach 150 degrees F internal temperature Let stand for 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve with Yogurt-Cucumber Sauce,

Yogurt-Cucumber sauce
Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt
1 cup peeled, seeded, and diced cucumber
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt & black pepper to taste

Method,

Combine yogurt, cucumber, green onion, the 2 cloves minced garlic, Salt & Black pepper to taste in a small bowl. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Hemp-Oil-Pork-Souvlaki-Recipe,

Now that’s done lets look at Hemp lemon butter roasted potatoes Yummy!

Hemp Lemon Butter Roasted Potatoes,

1,5 pounds potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
⅓ cup hemp oil
2 lemons, juiced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon fresh oregano
¼ teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3 tablespoons salted butter
3 cups chicken broth
Salt & black pepper to taste

Method,

Step 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Step 2 Put potato cubes into a large bowl. Drizzle Hemp oil and lemon juice over the cubes and toss to coat. Season potatoes with salt, and black pepper oregano, thyme toss again to coat.

Step 3 Spread potato cubes in a single layer in a 2 inch-deep pan. Pour chicken broth over the potatoes.

Step 4 Roast potatoes in preheated oven until tender and golden brown, about 1 hour.

Step 5 After removing form oven add lemon zest and butter an lightly toss.

Hemp Greek style green beans,

Ingredients,

1/4 cup Hemp oil
1 cup chopped onions
1 clove garlic, minced
2 pounds fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
4 large tomatoes, diced
Salt & Pepper to taste

Method,

Step 1 Heat the Hemp oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions and garlic in the skillet until tender.

Step 2 Mix the green beans, tomatoes and salt & black pepper into the skillet. Reduce heat to low, and continue cooking 45 minutes, or until beans are soft. Just add a little chicken stock or water if needed.

Hemp seed oil Cake,

Ingredients,

3 large eggs
¾ cup granulated sugar
½ cup hemp seed oil
½ cup whole milk
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1½ cups all-purpose flour
1½ teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Spray an 8-inch round cake pan with baking spray with flour; line bottom of pan with parchment paper

2. In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat eggs and sugar at high speed for 30 seconds. Add hemp oil in a slow, steady stream, beating until combined. Add milk, beating until combined. Reduce mixer speed to low. Beat in extract.

3. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture, beating until combined, stopping to scrape sides of bowl. Pour batter into prepared pan.

4. Bake until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 33 minutes. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool completely on a wire rack. Brush with hemp seed oil just before serving. Store at room temperature wrapped loosely in foil or plastic wrap.

5. Garnished with maple cinnamon hemp seeds and whip cream.
